ESPN300 ELITE HAWAII CAMP

2024 ESPN300 ELITE HAWAII CAMP

In our third year running, the ESPN300 Elite Hawaii Camp continues to set the standard for elite-level, maximum exposure high school football camps in the Hawaiian Islands. Founded by Joseph "Jojo" Dickson Jr., a former collegiate and professional football player turned mentor and coach, and powered by Dickson Performance and The Underdog Foundation, this camp is dedicated to providing unparalleled opportunities for Hawaii's high school football players to showcase their skills on a national stage.

Our camp has quickly become a highlight of the local sports calendar, drawing in crowds of 1200-1500 spectators and attracting top talent from across the state. In our inaugural year, we made history as Iapani "Poncho" Laloulu became the first player in ESPN300 Elite Hawaii Camp history to earn a prestigious UA All-America invite. Poncho's journey from our camp to starting for the Oregon Ducks and earning recognition as a freshman All-American speaks volumes about the caliber of talent and opportunities our camp provides.

In 2023, the tradition continued as St. Louis Crusaders offensive lineman Rustin Young and Houston Ka'aha'aina-Torres punched their tickets to the UA All-America game, joining Poncho as the only players from Hawaii to earn invites from the camp. Rustin's impressive game performance and subsequent commitment to Michigan State University highlight the impact our camp has on shaping the future of Hawaii football.

At the ESPN300 Elite Hawaii Camp, we take pride in offering Hawaii football players the opportunity to compete for a UA All-America game invite. But our commitment goes beyond just showcasing talent – we're dedicated to helping our athletes achieve their highest potential both on and off the field. In fact, over 20 players received D1 full ride athletic scholarships within a week of attending the camp in each of its first two years of existence.

Our camp features a full recruiting seminar, NFL-style combine testing, position-specific football drills, and personalized instruction from former collegiate and professional players and coaches. Participants have the chance to compete against the highest-level talent in the state, in front of top sports media networks and recruiters.

As we gear up for our 2024 event, we're excited to continue our tradition of excellence and provide even more opportunities for Hawaii's youth athletes to shine. Join us at the ESPN300 Elite Hawaii Camp and be a part of shaping the future of Hawaii football!
