ESPN's Elite Underclassmen Camp series is the top exposure camp in the country and we're bringing it to Hawai’i. This camp series provides prospects all over the country with the opportunity to earn invitations to elite events such as the Under Armour All-America Game, UA Next, and Future 50. With their assistance, ESPN300 Elite Hawai'i Camp will also be able to provide the camps top high school performer with exclusive invite to the Under Armour All-America Game, while presenting the camps top middle school performer with an invite to the UA Next All-American Game. ESPN300 Elite Hawai'i Camp will be directed by ESPN’s Scouts Inc. staff who will be evaluating each participant for rankings and collecting video for television broadcasts and digital content. All prospects will have a UCReport profile created with their bio info, camp photos, videos and combine results. The UCReport is the No. 1 college recruiting database utilized by over 100 FBS programs and more than 50 FCS DIAA, DII, and DIII Programs.

Tom Luginbill is a National Recruiting Director and analyst at ESPN. He provides in-depth recruiting analysis for top collegiate football prospects on ESPN.com as well as on air analysis across ESPN networks for high school football recruiting and college football, including sidelines for ESPN and ABC Saturday games. In addition, he is a regular host/analyst on SiriusXM. He has an extensive background in professional football as well as talent evaluation and has served in various scouting capacities since 1996.
Craig Haubert has been a College Football Analyst & Recruiting Coordinator at ESPN since 2006. As recruiting coordinator, Craig scouts games, combines, and camps and issues written player evaluations. He’s also tasked with assembling the ESPN 300 rankings, player position and class rankings, and writing articles on player commitments. He is also a recruiting analyst and serves as a game analyst for ESPN’s high school football coverage.
Billy Tucker is the Vice President of football for 3STEP Sports, the founder of The UCReport, and is a recruiting coordinator for ESPN Football. Billy was tasked with creating in-depth high school football recruiting rankings and content for ESPN from 2006-2010 and was continued after forming a massive media partnership with 3STEP Sports. In 2016 he founded the UCReport, which is now the top recruiting database in the Nation. On top of that he acts as the director of the Under Armour All-American game as well as other Under Armour camps and events.
