WHATIS THE UNDERDOG IMPACT PROGRAM?
The Underdog Impact Program is a community-driven initiative by The Underdog Foundation that creates meaningful opportunities for youth through clinics, mentorship, education, and experiential events that are rare or otherwise inaccessible on Maui. The program is designed to build confidence, resilience, and life skills while supporting the overall wellbeing and growth of young people on and off the field.
WHY THE UNDERDOG IMPACT PROGRAM MATTERS
Many young people on Maui lack access to opportunities that support their growth beyond sports. Mentorship, education, exposure, and positive role models. The Underdog Impact Program exists to fill that gap. Through monthly clinics, workshops, and experiential events, we create moments that build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. These opportunities don’t just develop athletes, they help shape well-rounded, motivated young people prepared for life.

WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT
The Underdog Impact Program is built by the community, for the community. Unlike one-off events or large organizations removed from the people they serve, we are deeply connected to our youth and families. We design programs around real needs, not trends. Bringing in mentors, educators, and experiences that are rare or nonexistent on Maui. Every event is intentionally crafted to provide access, growth, and impact that lasts far beyond the day itself.
